4 Day SEND Course
This course is designed for staff to further develop their knowledge and skills in working with a range of pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or Challenging Behaviour.
ADHD
We provide training around understanding and supporting students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Attachment
We now offer sessions about Attachment with information and Strategies.
Autism: Practical Support
We deliver training on Autism and school support for managing children with autism.
Behaviour Management
Our day to day work involves supporting staff and students to prevent exclusions and increase access to education.
Brick Groups (Play Included)
We can work with groups of children using Lego ®️bricks to develop skills such as collaboration, communication, problem-solving, turn-taking, conflict resolution and friendship. We are trained by the only provider endorsed by the LEGO Foundation.
Drawing and Talking
We have three drawing and talking practitioners who can work weekly for 12 weeks to support pupils to process emotions. Drawing and Talking is about communicating emotions through a non-directed technique.
It is also the top alternative to CBT and direct talking therapies.
Dyslexia (SpLD)
Andrea is a qualified, Specialist Teacher (British Dyslexia Association (BDA) Accredited Teacher Status (ATS)) and holds an Assessment Practicing Certificate (APC) with the British Dyslexia Association (BDA).
Emotional Regulation
Bespoke Emotional Regulation Resource Packs with an in-house design team enabling the full personalisation of each pack for every child. This project gets pupils involved and the ability to personalise their emotion characters keeps them engaged in the process.
Language and Communication
We have extensive experience of working with children with language difficulties in schools and can support with developing language through to higher level skills such as using inference.
Lunchtime Supervisors
We offer training on de-escalation, communication and behaviour management; we highlight and demonstrate personal space, and provide staff with a variety of strategies.
School Support

SEND Training
We can offer training across all year groups and types of setting. Our training is flexible and can range from an hour to 4 days! We offer sessions for information and for practical strategy development.
Therapeutic Mentoring
Michelle provides therapeutic mentoring for students. Many of her clients are looked after and schools use Pupil Premium Plus funding to support them with therapeutic mentoring.
Team Teach Positive Behaviour Training
A toolkit of holistic strategies on de-escalation and crisis intervention, both verbal and non-verbal for supporting and reducing instances of disruptive and distressed behaviours.
Tourette Syndrome and Tics
