Lunch Time Supervisor Training
What we provide
We offer training on de-escalation and communication / behaviour management – usually about one and a half hour sessions.
We highlight and demonstrate personal space as well as giving a variety of strategies.
We can also work with staff over a period of time to support with making changes.
We provide certificates of attendance.
